  • How Do I Get To The Conference Venue?
    • You are responsible for your transportation to and from the venue. You can also reach out to your local Parish to see if a special transportation arrangement has been made.

  • Where Do I Park My Vehicle?
    • RCCG Christ Villa have ample parking space to park your vehicle. However, getting a good spot will be based on first come first serve.
  • What Is The Check-In Process?
    • Check-Ins for the conference are scheduled as follows:
      Friday: Check-in Starts @ 6:00 PM | Conference starts @ 7:00 PM
      Saturday: Check-in Starts @ 8:00 AM | Conference starts @ 8:00 AM
      Once you arrive at the venue, pay attention to the check-in signage for direction.
      Have your QR Code displayed on your smartphone/mobile device.
      Once checked in, you will be given your name card with a lanyard. Please wear it around your neck and you are all set.
      The same check-in process will be followed on Saturday.
  • Can I Registration On-Site?
    • Yes, you will be able to register on the spot, on-site and a name card issue to you.
  • Will Childcare Service Be Provided?
    • Arrangement has been made for childcare service thorughout the conference at the same venue. Once you are checked in, you will be directed to where to check your children in. Please be sure to check your children out promptly, at the end of each conference day.
  • Do I Have To Attend Both Days?
    • While we will love to have you fellowship with other Believers, we know we all have different schedules and obligations. Attending any of the day is fine.
